Stats Header Name: Eda Wan Roles: Multimedia/Web designer, Photographer Main Skills: Designer of Websites/Multimedia, HTML/CSS, Flash animator, Photography Others: Sound/Video editing, basic action script, basic Quark skills 23 Years old I have earned myself a degree in BA(Hons) Design for Multimedia at the University of Wolverhampton. After completing a three month contract with Directory Business Services I now seek to join a company who will help me expand my knowledge and skills even further. I seek to build upon my design abilities, to learn how to creative innovative inspiring work that also has an appreciation for technical aspects and standards. In addition I wish to pursue and develop my photography abilities. I consider myself confident with my technical abilities and I am able to learn and pick up new skills easily. From my recent role I have knowledge of SEO ideals and techniques as well as web accessibility and experience of professional awareness in my work. In regards to my current situation I am willing to relocate for the right opportunity and role, though I am able and willing to commute within a reasonable distance. Experience Web Administrator - April 07 – June 07 Directory Business Services, Heath Farm, Wellingore, Lincoln, LN5 0DW, UK My temporary role involved assisting in the production of websites catering for many different businesses. I was responsible for graphic work, content/page management, template production and page production. In my role I was given the opportunity to learn the current techniques and practices of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) as this was a key service provided by the company. I conducted vast amounts of web development work using current applications such as Dreamweaver, Flash 8 and Photoshop using a Mac. Other I have also worked on personal projects and other projects prior my role which includes: a DVD menu interface, a variety of idents for the channel E4 and also animations; I’ve also tailor-made various personal blog designs that focus on creating a certain look and feel while still taking into regard functionality.
